Job summary

L2 Brands, Inc. in Hanover, PA is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our finance team. This full-time hybrid role offers daytime hours from 8am to 5pm with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

You will process customer payments daily, review invoicing and credit reports for accuracy, respond to inquiries, and help reconcile statements while maintaining strong internal controls and collaboration with sales and management.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an accounting team environment preferred.
• Understanding of GAAP and internal accounting controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi task environment with a positive, can do attitude.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments daily with accuracy.
• Review invoicing and credit reports for billing accuracy; propose corrective actions.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Help customers reconcile statements and resolve payment concerns.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances by phone and email.
• Monitor A/R aging and inform leadership of collection concerns.
• Recommend collection resolutions and provide status updates to management.
• Maintain customer files including credit apps and resale certificates.
• Support finance processes and internal controls.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, management, vendors, customers, and consultants.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis.
