Hyve Solutions in Greenville, SC is seeking an Accounts Receivables Reconciliation Analyst to maintain timely cash flow and accurate AR records. This hybrid role blends core AR responsibilities with opportunities to explore AI-enabled tools and automation to improve processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Accounting degree, experience with AR, and strong analytical and communication skills to partner with Billing, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams while driving cash-flow improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge in Accounts Receivable or related finance function.
• Knowledge AI-supported tools for finance and AR.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts and reconcile cash flow.
• Reduce past-due receivables while maintaining customer relationships.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and invoice disputes.
• Collaborate with Billing, Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely payments.
