Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Engineering/Science required; Bachelor's preferred in Mechanical or Electrical.
• Experience with evaluation, testing and certification to UL, CSA, IEC, EN standards.
• Ability to work with cross-functional product teams and communicate complex information.
• Experience programming, customizing, and setting up test equipment; create custom fixtures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, prepare, and complete product agency approval per UL/CSA/IEC.
• Perform product certification activities via external lab or internal Approvals Lab.
• Support Data Acceptance Programs for UL/CSA.
• Maintain test procedures, databases, and certification records; draft docs.
• Collaborate with product teams to meet deadlines.
• Support regulatory compliance and product risk assessment.
• Serve as proxy for US/Canada launch project approval.
