Job summary

Electrolux Group North America is seeking a Product Safety & Compliance professional to certify appliances to NA standards and support risk management across engineering and legal teams.

The role focuses on leading safety assessments, defining specifications, and ensuring regulatory alignment while promoting continuous improvement within the NA Regulatory & Compliance group. A hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years appliance product design experience preferred or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Certify and list products to NA product safety standards and requirements.
• Manage energy certification and regulatory compliance with governmental agencies.
• Define component and product specifications.
• Lead or assist Product Safety Risk Assessment activities for NA products.
• Implement safety standards and lessons learned from litigation and customer complaints.
• Participate in AHAM and Industry Standards Task Groups.
