Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in clothing technology or manufacturing.
• Alternative education, experience, and training may qualify.
• Minimum 2 years in apparel product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end apparel development from concept to production readiness.
• Oversee fit approval, size specs, and workmanship decisions.
• Provide technical solutions for manufacturability and cost targets.
• Handover design packs to T1 with complete technical data.
• Consult design and marketing on manufacturing efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs like on-time buy readiness and margins.
