Job summary

Vaco is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for a hybrid role in North Phoenix. You will manage invoice processing, support approval workflows, and work with ERP systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AP, experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred, and you will collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries.

Vaco has partnered with a well-established construction organization that is seeking an experienced AP Analyst with processing, invoice workflow management, and ERP system experience.

Location: Hybrid | North Phoenix

Pay Range: $24-26/hr

Project Duration: Contract-to-Hire
