Accenture is seeking Life & Annuity Management Consultants to analyze business problems, design practical solutions, and support transformation delivery. You will own defined components of work across complex programs, translate objectives into analyses, designs, and implementation-ready deliverables.

Travel up to 80% may be required, with broad exposure to a modernized life insurance landscape. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in management consulting or related transformation within Life

Formación

• 3+ years of management consulting or transformation exp., Life Insurance or Annuities.
• 1+ year contributing to a business/tech workstream in a transformation program.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain across business and tech domains.
• Familiarity with life/annuity platforms and modern digital channels.

Responsabilidades

• Support business and technology workstreams from discovery through implementation.
• Analyze current-state processes and develop future-state recommendations.
• Design end-to-end workflows across the Life & Annuity value chain.
• Develop requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.
• Support product management activities including backlog refinement.
• Contribute to AI-enabled workflow design and value measures.
• Connect business needs with digital core platforms and data integration.
• Facilitate sessions and track scope, risks, decisions and adoption.
• Develop client-ready analyses, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Contribute to proposals and reusable assets.
• Build trusted relationships across client and Accenture teams.
• Travel up to 80% as required.
