Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Operations Associate to provide administrative support for the Annuity Insurance Department in a hybrid role based out of St. Cloud, MN.

Responsibilities include processing daily work, handling journal entries, account processing, and assisting customers via phone, fax, and email. The position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across several systems.

Qualifications

• Administrative, operations, or office experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask across several systems and monitors.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling phone interactions.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or annuities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily work for the department including asset movement, transfers, or account setup and maintenance.
• Process routine and complex transactions accurately and timely.
• Identify, interpret and resolve potential problems proactively.
• Follow procedures to meet service level agreements and quality metrics.
• Learn, use and support various financial products, software and systems.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
