Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Philanthropy, or related required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years of demonstrated success in annual giving fundraising.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using fundraising databases and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement a comprehensive annual giving program.
• Advise on strategy for annual giving fundraising including direct mail, digital solicitations, events and stewardship.
• Collaborate with Foundation team to segment donor prospects and tailor solicitation strategies.
• Manage Foundation events including budgeting, sponsorships, logistics and follow-up.
• Track and report on KPIs, analyze trends, and optimize initiatives for impact.
• Develop compelling messaging and collateral for fundraising and engagement efforts.
• Maintain donor records in the Foundation CRM and communicate preferences.
