Job summary

The University of Pittsburgh seeks an Assistant Director of Annual Giving Analytics and Reporting to advance donor analytics across Alumni Annual Giving programs. You will lead data strategy, build reports, and support solicitation channels through data-driven insights.

Collaborating with University Programs leadership, you will drive segmentation, portfolio backfilling, and ROI analysis while ensuring data integrity and actionable dashboards for leadership and frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Evaluates business requirements and performs moderately advanced data integration and analysis.
• Develops moderately advanced analytical and reporting tools utilizing integrated data.
• Provides technical support.

Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of reports to provide data analysis and support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with and be a liaison to the PAE Systems/IT staff to better support the University Programs team
• Refine and backfill Donor Experience Officer portfolios to maximize fundraising potential and identify prospects for assignment using various tools including trigger scan, modeling results, and data analysis.
• Building giving models to optimize annual giving outreach strategies
