Job summary

PRI Technology is seeking a SQL/Python Analytics Engineer in Rye, NY for a full-time, hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will deliver deep analytical insights, build data products, and support products with data-driven recommendations.

You will design dashboards, run hypothesis-driven analyses, and collaborate with the discovery team and data science colleagues on AI/ML use cases. Strong SQL/Python skills and 5+ years of analytics experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL and Python applied to real-world analytics problems.
• Experience delivering business-facing analytical solutions in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep, hypothesis-driven exploratory data analysis to support discovery, research, and operational decision-making.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis.
• Design, develop, and deliver dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses with fast turnaround times.
• Produce executive-ready outputs with minimal rework.
• Build reusable analytical assets to accelerate future discovery efforts.
• Collaborate with data science team on AI/ML use cases.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and deliver work within sprint commitments.
• Support modernization and migration initiatives from legacy reporting platforms.
