Nationwide Investments is seeking an Analyst, Commercial Loan Processing to support mortgage servicing from origination to payoff. The role involves reviewing loan documents, updating systems, and coordinating with servicers to resolve payment issues.

Ideal candidates have a finance background with three years of related CRE experience and strong Excel/Word skills. The position is hybrid, based near Columbus, OH, with in-office and remote work days.

Qualifications

Undergraduate studies in business, finance, or related field.
Three years of related experience in commercial real estate.
Strong ability to read and interpret legal documents.

Responsibilities

Review key loan documents and perform due diligence for initial funding.
Update mortgage loan system with modifications and regular updates.
Research payment discrepancies with Operations or Servicers to resolve issues.
Administer monthly payments for Mezzanine & SOFR loans.
Prepare/validate loan payoff documentation and process extra funds for disbursement.
Coordinate and image loan documents.
Review legal binders for accuracy and obtain outstanding documents from law firms.
Handle requests for paper storage of loan documents.
