Job summary

The role emphasizes design verification, floor planning, and innovative layout methodologies to boost productivity and quality. A strong background in analog/mixed-signal layouts and Cadence tools is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 3+ years of related experience, or a Master’s with 2+ years.
• Experience with analog/mixed-signal layout fundamentals and high-level verification is required.
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre/ICV DRC for design and verification tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design complex analog layouts based on detailed specifications.
• Perform design verification checks (PDN/IR drop, ESD, DRC).
• Develop floor plans, power grids, and bump layouts for performance and reliability.
• Conduct floor planning and signal planning for analog/mixed-signal blocks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design specs and tradeoffs.
