Job summary

Dartmouth College is seeking a Program Manager for Alumni Engagement to lead regional, interest, and class-based alumni activities including reunions. You’ll collaborate with alumni volunteers, campus partners, and Advancement colleagues to plan engaging programs and events that strengthen long-term ties.

You’ll oversee your portfolio, inspire others, and innovate in outreach while delivering stellar service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in a complex college development operation or equivalent.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others, especially in managing volunteers.
• Strong customer service and communications; thrives in fast-paced, flexible environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio of regions and volunteers; provide guidance and support for engagement.
• Collaborate with alumni leaders, campus partners, and Advancement colleagues.
• Implement regional engagement strategies to connect alumni with each other and with Dartmouth.
