Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years in a complex college or university development operation.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; databases; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Support frontline fundraisers and manage complex data for reporting.
• Coordinate design/marketing for newsletters, solicitations, and mailings.
• Close open pledges by year-end via outreach and correspondence.
• Coordinate alumni gifts, pledge cards, and gift corrections.
• Provide strategic/logistical support for the Senior Class Gift program.
• Research fundraising opportunities and coordinate stewardship communications.
