Job summary

The Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for Allied Health positions supporting UVA Medical Center. You will partner with clinical leaders to recruit Respiratory Therapy, Rehabilitation Services, Social Work, Medical Laboratory, Radiology, and related areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and two years of full-cycle professional recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Allied Health, healthcare, clinical, or other specialized professional positions.
• Experience in a complex health system or academic medical center environment supporting patient care, interdisciplinary clinical operations, and 24/7 service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing through selection and offer acceptance.
• Partner with leaders across Allied Health disciplines to understand workforce needs and licensure requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, referrals, and campaigns.
• Evaluate applicants’ experience, credentials, and alignment with licensure requirements.
• Use labor-market data to advise hiring managers on talent availability and strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in Workday and other systems.
• Provide efficient, equitable, candidate-centered recruitment experience.
• Ensure compliance with laws, UVA policies, and selection documentation.
