This role backs AI-driven data initiatives, reports to the Applications & Data Manager, and offers a hybrid work model in a culture of engineering excellence. You will design AI-enabled systems, analyze processes, select technologies, collaborate across teams, and document configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of applications and analytics development experience.
• Experience in AI system analysis, design, or implementation.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, and SQL.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and responsible AI.
• Experience with data integration and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Spark/PySpark, Power BI, MLFlow, ETL, and AWS.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile development is a plus.
