Job summary

HROne is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead AI/ML initiatives within the Data Platform engineering team. You will set vision and strategy for AI/ML efforts, oversee model design, development, and deployment, and collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and customers to scale AI across the organization.

You will mentor data scientists, drive innovative AI solutions, and ensure governance, ethics, and interpretability while leveraging Python/R and modern ML frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 12+ years in Software Eng, Data Science, AI, or Analytics.
• 6+ years in AI/ML techniques (DL, NLP, recommender systems, RL, LLM).
• 6+ years with AI/ML frameworks/tools (MLFlow, TF, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML strategies from ideation to deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with AI/ML technologies and trends.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to data strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Evangelize generative AI through proofs-of-concept and demos to drive adoption.
• Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and governance compliance.
