Job summary

HROne is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design and oversee a next-generation healthcare data platform. You will architect scalable, secure solutions that aggregate data from disparate healthcare systems and apply AI/ML capabilities to deliver actionable insights.

The role focuses on expanding interoperability from one-way to two-way systems, implementing advanced AI features, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant data protection across cloud-based data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solutions architecture experience, with at least 4 years in healthcare data systems.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software engineering on cloud platforms (ASP.NET/Java/Node with Angular/React).
• Minimum 3 years of data pipelines development with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Spark.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable healthcare data solutions using Azure cloud technologies.
• Lead the technical design for the healthcare data integration platform focusing on security, scalability, and availability.
• Develop architecture for data pipelines consolidating information from diverse EHR, PM, imaging, and other health systems.
