EXL is seeking an AI Solution Architect & Strategist in a hybrid Phoenix role. You will develop strategic recommendations, lead cross-functional efforts, and evaluate CCaaS and AI vendors. You will design scalable, secure architectures aligned with our technology strategy and communicate effectively with executive leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/ML, a Master’s degree, and strong presentation and collaboration skills. Flexible schedules across time zones are expected.

• Cloud technologies and AI/ML knowledge.
