STR’s Analytics & Command & Control Division develops advanced analytics for national security challenges. You will design and deploy algorithms and software systems across mission planning, information fusion, and decision support visualizations.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related technical field; strong Python experience.
• Experience with data science & algorithm development.
• Familiarity with OO programming and AI-assisted software development.
• Experience with SOA or microservices architectures; Agile lifecycle tools like JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and deploy advanced algorithms and software systems.
• Mentor and assist other technical contributors through full software lifecycle.
• Contribute to decision aids, information fusion, and visualization for analysts.
• Hybrid work setup with option to remote when not requiring STR facilities.
