Job summary

TC Energy is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join the US Commercial Application team in a hybrid setup. You will own end-to-end development for the TC eConnects portfolio, leveraging AI-assisted tools to analyze, generate, and validate solutions across development and test environments.

Responsibilities include building Angular front-ends, Java middleware, and optimizing SQL Server performance, all while engaging with business stakeholders and a SME for architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Application Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience with full-stack development and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack features using AI-driven development lifecycle (AIDLC).
• Build Angular components and services (PrimeNG, TypeScript).
• Implement Java middleware for business processes (EDI, nomination, scheduling).
• Perform SQL Server performance tuning and indexing strategies.
• Leverage AI tools (Kiro, Copilot) for prototyping, data analysis, and documentation.
• Coordinate deployment across dev/test environments with change management.
