Job summary

TC Energy in Charleston, WV is seeking an experienced application developer to own end-to-end software problems, from issue analysis to testing and deployment, using AI-assisted tools like Kiro and Copilot daily.

You will build Angular front-ends with TypeScript, write Java middleware for EDI and scheduling, optimize SQL Server performance, and collaborate with business stakeholders to support 24/7 pipeline operations in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Application Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack features using an AI-driven development lifecycle.
• Implement Angular components and services with TypeScript.
• Maintain Java middleware for EDI, nomination workflows, scheduling.
• Tune SQL Server with index strategies and stored procedures.
• Prototype, test, and document solutions using AI tools daily.
• Coordinate deployments through change-management processes.
• Collaborate with SMEs on architecture and production-critical decisions.
• Support 24/7 pipeline operations and on-call rotations.
