Job summary

RTX Corporate is seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer to mature AI prototypes into production-grade enterprise applications. You will deploy scalable services on the AI Factory platform and integrate AI/ML models into core software systems.

Responsibilities include implementing CI/CD, security, and observability, collaborating with R&D, and ensuring compliance with RTX cybersecurity standards. This is a hybrid US-based role with potential onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with 10+ years of experience where allowed by law.
• Proficient in Python and C++, plus modern back-end frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Familiar with LLMs, RAG workflows, and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into software applications.

Responsibilities

• Transform AI prototypes into production-grade apps, microservices, and pipelines on the AI Factory.
• Build and deploy cloud-based services on AWS and Azure per RTX best practices.
• Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise apps.
• Implement CI/CD, testing, observability, and secure deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with R&D to refine prototype functionality for enterprise use.
• Ensure RTX cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in architecture/code reviews and agile development.
• Contribute reusable components for the AI Factory platform.
