Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in CS or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of application development leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of programming experience in .NET, C#, SQL.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Nebraska driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct activities of the Software Development Team in design, development, and implementation of applications.
• Manage all phases of development and maintenance including analysis, planning, development, testing, and documentation.
• Maintain an AI capability radar tracking new and emerging AI offerings including embedded features in core platforms, vendor applications, and standalone tools.
• Lead structured evaluations of candidate AI tools with governance, safety, transparency, and compliance fit.
• Identify and recommend high‑value AI opportunities to senior management.
• Develop and maintain an AI enablement strategy and roadmap translating leadership priorities into initiatives.
• Shape and improve AI enablement platforms, resources, and support channels for approved AI tools usage.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC and bank policies; oversee training and onboarding of the Software Development Team.

Education
