Advisor360° is seeking a Software Automation Engineer III to build and test shared services, drive operational excellence, and automate systems in our hybrid-cloud environment. The role balances tactical automation with strategic initiatives, including AI-driven testing and quality engineering at scale.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery, contribute to test strategy, and participate in release activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• Data-driven mindset amplified by AI to surface patterns and prioritize risk.
• Experience with AI tools to write better code and reduce rework.
• Knowledge of code architecture best practices: reusability, maintainability, scalability.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD pipelines (BitBucket/GitHub, Jenkins, Github Actions).
• Experience working with REST APIs using Swagger and Postman.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive quality within the team from the customer perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders using a shift-left approach.
• Apply AI to accelerate test strategy and coverage creation.
• Translate requirements into high-coverage test plans.
• Promote AI-forward QA practices and intelligent test coverage.
• Assist in manual testing where applicable and design automated tests.
• Participate in software release activities when needed.
