Job summary

Advisor360° is hiring a Software Automation Engineer III to build and test shared services in a hybrid-cloud environment. You will drive quality, create automated test frameworks, and collaborate with Product/Design to define done.

Expect a data-driven, AI-assisted approach with an emphasis on scalable architecture. The role requires 5+ years in software QA, comfort with AI tools, and experience with REST APIs, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• A data-driven mindset amplified by AI — you actively use intelligent tooling to surface patterns, prioritize risk, and make sharper decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work back from the customer to drive and own Quality within your team.
• Work collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders employing a shift left mentality to shape the definition of done.
• Use AI to accelerate translation of requirements into test strategies and high-coverage plans.
• Champion AI-forward best practices for test generation, triage, and coverage analysis.
• Assist in manual testing where applicable as part of an automation-first strategy.
• Design and develop automated tests in collaboration with engineers.
• Engage in software release activities when required.
