Senior Project Manager leads initiatives from intake to closure, with client-facing implementations and internal platform work.

The role requires collaborating with engineering, QA, data, and executives, applying AI-enabled tooling for reporting, and driving portfolio success within a high-energy, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years PM experience or Associate’s with 10+ years.
• Experience using AI tools in PM context with measurable improvements.
• Experience managing client-facing technology projects in B2B SaaS or consulting environments.
• PMI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain project plans reflecting client objectives and goals; resolve resource constraints and changes.
• Lead full project lifecycle—design, definition, build, and implementation for technology solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with client contacts, external partners, and internal teams.
• Govern a portfolio of projects across enterprise accounts; manage interdependencies and shared resources.
• Prioritize and communicate portfolio status aligned with strategy.
• Utilize AI-driven plans and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy; stay curious about new tech.
• Teach and improve PMO delivery processes and share best practices.
• Adhere to Augeo’s CORE values in all activities.
