Qualifications

• A Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent STEM degree.
• Experience leading a team and/or playing an integral role on a successful team.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various Tower departments including Executive Leadership, Compliance, Risk, Engineering, HR and Legal.
• Excellent ROC and proven track record beyond back-test data.
• Experience at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund or bank.
