Talent Mappers is seeking Forward Deployed Research Analysts to merge investment research with AI capabilities. You will embed with portfolio managers and analysts, translating complex workflows into AI-enabled, production-grade processes within client cloud environments.

The role bridges investment expertise and engineering, driving adoption of AI-driven workflows across research, portfolio monitoring, risk, and data analysis, while shaping the product through direct client feedback.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in core equity research or related investment role.
• Hands-on AI project experience beyond using tools.
• Experience with macro-to-micro investment workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embed with investment teams to understand research processes.
• Design AI-enabled workflows that augment investment analysis.
• Bridge investment expertise with engineering to build AI agents and data integrations.
• Shape the product by gathering feedback and prioritizing features.
• Develop reusable AI playbooks across research, risk, and data science.
