Job summary

CapTech is seeking an AI Developer to join the AI Program Team. The role focuses on turning AI ideas into working demos, showing business value to executives, and helping CapTech innovate with AI across pre-sales strategy and delivery.

You will build rapid demos, present outcomes to leadership and clients, help run the platform and enablement programs, and keep experimenting with new models and tools as they appear.

Qualifications

• Strong software development background with fast delivery.
• Familiarity with AI development practices or eagerness to learn quickly.
• Ability to present complex concepts to executives clearly.
• Experience designing front ends with agentic development.
• Self-starter who thrives in change and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Build rapid demos and prototypes for client pursuits and internal reuse.
• Present and explain work to CapTech leadership and clients, linking to business value.
• Contribute to Showcase and internal tools, including new features and security.
• Lead internal enablement sessions and coach colleagues on tools and workflows.
• Continuously evaluate new models and agentic coding tools and share findings.
