Job summary

CapTech is a national IT management consulting firm that partners with leading companies to design, develop, and manage AI-driven technology solutions. The AI Program Team focuses on turning AI ideas into rapid demos, highlighting business value to clients and executives, and enabling the firm to build better AI platforms.

The role requires hands-on development, fluency in AI practices and agentic tools, and comfort presenting to leadership.

Qualifications

Strong software developer who ships working solutions fast.
Fluent in AI development practices and agentic coding tools, or eager to become fluent quickly.
Confident and clear in front of executives.
Able to design articulate and clear front ends using agentic development.
Independent thinker, self-starter and creative problem solver.
Comfortable with constant change, and willing to try new things.

Responsibilities

Build rapid demos and prototypes for client pursuits and publish them for reuse.
Present and explain your work to executives and clients, linking outcomes to business value.
Help build and run the platform, including features, deployments and security.
Lead internal enablement sessions and coach colleagues on agentic coding tools.
Keep experimenting with new models and tools and share what works.
