Job summary

CapTech is seeking an AI Developer to join the AI Program Team. You will be a hands-on builder turning AI ideas into working demos quickly, and demonstrate their business value to CapTech's top clients and leaders.

You will help the firm build better AI capabilities and contribute to internal platforms and tooling. You’ll lead demonstrations, collaborate with executives, and continuously explore new AI models and tools, including Claude, to drive client outcomes and ongoing innovation across

Qualifications

• Strong software developer who ships working solutions fast.
• Fluent in AI development practices and agentic coding tools, or eager to become fluent quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build rapid demos and prototypes for client pursuits and publish them for reuse.
• Present and explain work to CapTech executives and clients, linking it to business outcomes.
• Help build and run the platform, including features, deployments, and security.
• Lead internal enablement sessions and coach colleagues on Claude and agentic tools.
• Keep experimenting with new models and tools and share results.
