AI Solutions Engineer | Direct Hire | Tampa, FL | Hybrid Work Schedule (Tue, Wed, Thu in the office)

We seek an AI Solutions Engineer to join our client's four-person AI Enablement team developing and deploying production AI agents and workflow solutions across the business.

This role combines software engineering, AI development, and business process optimization to deliver solutions that improve efficiency and reduce cycle time.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and workflow solutions.
• Develop production software integrating AI into internal applications and processes.
• Work with AWS AgentCore, Google Vertex AI, LangChain, Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT.
• Identify business processes that can be improved through AI and workflow automation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to scope, demonstrate, and implement solutions.
• Deliver solutions using SAFe Agile or similar enterprise Agile methodologies.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and apply them to practical business challenges.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience building AI agents using tools, memory, orchestration, or similar technologies.
• Prior software engineering experience, including coding, testing, code reviews, and deployments.
• Experience with LangChain, Vertex AI, AWS AI/agent services, or comparable platforms.
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions that improve processes, reduce cycle time, or eliminate manual work.
• Ability to translate business processes into practical AI solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience in an enterprise Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying AI solutions across multiple business areas.
• Experience evaluating emerging AI technologies and measuring business impact.
• Professional use of Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT in AI or software development.
• Experience with regulated industries or processes.
