Job summary

Stantec is seeking an AI & Automation Solutions Specialist for Buildings Digital Practice in the Boston area. The role blends AI enablement, solution development, and adoption to accelerate AI-driven delivery across Buildings.

You will partner with executive leadership, IT, and project teams to identify high-value opportunities, build reusable automation, and measure impact using Power BI and Microsoft 365 tools. Hybrid/remote options are available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree as listed or equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
5+ years of experience delivering Microsoft 365, Power Platform, digital transformation, automation, or technology-enabled business solutions.
Experience building or supporting AI-enabled workflows, Copilot solutions, automations, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience working with stakeholders across multiple business groups and levels of an organization.
Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is considered an asset.
Microsoft, Power Platform, AI, Copilot, or related certifications are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead adoption and enablement of Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies across Buildings.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value AI opportunities with stakeholders.
Design, develop, and deploy business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Prototype solutions rapidly and scale successful implementations across the practice.
Collaborate with IT and Digital Practice teams to ensure governance, security, and privacy compliance.
Monitor adoption, measure impact, and communicate value of AI initiatives.
