Stellix is seeking a Senior AI & Automation Solutions Consultant to help customers identify, design, and implement AI-enabled and automation-driven solutions that enhance business performance and deliver measurable value. This client-facing role blends business problem solving, process and workflow analysis, solution architecture, and delivery leadership across executives and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in consulting, solution design, or related fields.
• Experience with discovery, requirements, value case development and prioritization.
• Proven ability to design AI-enabled automation and low-code solutions.
• Experience communicating with executives and technical teams.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, data governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, interviews and workshops to identify AI/automation opportunities.
• Translate needs into statements, use cases, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Design end-to-end AI/automation solutions with knowledge management and data integration.
• Develop prototypes and production-ready designs using platforms like Glean, Power Automate, Copilot.
• Guide delivery, align scope, milestones, risks and acceptance criteria.
• Support proposals, statements of work and client presentations.
