Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in consulting support, business development, marketing, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across AI, Analytics, and Change Leadership practices.
• Coordinate internal meetings, planning sessions, and communications.
• Assist consultants with preparation of presentations, reports, and client materials.
• Assist with project coordination and logistical support for consulting teams.
• Support development of thought leadership content, webinars, and events.
• Maintain prospect lists, CRM records, and pipeline tracking.
