Zusammenfassung

SVA Consulting is seeking an Associate to support our AI, Analytics, and Change Leadership practices. The role is based onsite in Madison, WI, with an option for hybrid work (one day remote per week).

You will assist with project coordination, research, and outreach to grow the practice and drive client engagement. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in consulting support, marketing, or coordinating projects, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience in consulting support, business development, marketing, or project coordination is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day operations across AI, Analytics, and Change Leadership practices.
• Coordinate internal meetings, planning sessions, and communications.
• Assist with presentations, reports, and client-facing materials.
• Source and coordinate outbound outreach and pipeline development.
• Maintain CRM records and report on outreach activity.
