Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Data entry experience required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Create internal and external reports such as Daily Performance, Weekly Placement, and Monthly reports.
• Serve as a resource for staff and external agencies.
• Assist in researching and reviewing account issues.
• Research rehabilitation balance discrepancies.
• Handle calls, voicemails, emails, and written correspondence from external agencies.
