Job summary

Reach Social, a Chief Media company, seeks an experienced Affiliate Strategy Manager to lead the affiliate and creator performance across our client portfolio. You will guide the Affiliate Strategists who execute day to day, aiming to hit immediate GMV targets while building scalable playbooks and incentive structures for enduring growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in affiliate, creator, or influencer commerce, incl. 2+ years hands-on with TikTok Shop.
• Experience managing a team: direct reports you hired, coached, and held to targets.
• Track record scaling affiliate GMV across multiple brands, at a TikTok Shop Partner agency or in-house program.
• Experience owning program economics: commission, seeding, retainer, and incentive spend against margin and growth.
• Experience building creator communities, tiered/VIP programs, or retainer rosters.
• Strong client presence: you can run a QBR and defend a recommendation with data.
• Bonus: LIVE commerce, GMV Max / Spark Ads, or multi-platform affiliate programs

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop the Affiliate Strategist team.
• Set account assignments, weekly priorities, and targets.
• Run performance reviews, QA account strategy, and coach on outreach, briefing, and negotiation.
• Build onboarding and training so new strategists are productive quickly.
• Own affiliate GMV across all accounts: forecasting, pacing, and catching underperformance early.
• Review account plans and step in where an account is off pace.
• Own program economics: commission, sampling, retainer, and incentive spend against GMV and margin per account.
• Standardize the Reach affiliate playbook and collaborations.
• Design commission and incentive frameworks the team applies across brands.
• Build and grow Reach’s creator community so new brands launch with creators who post and convert.
• Own the affiliate tooling and data stack, including evaluating creator CRM and outreach tools.
• Be the senior affiliate partner on key accounts and in quarterly business reviews.
• Own the relationship with TikTok Shop partner contacts and stay ahead of platform changes.
• Bring new growth levers: LIVE affiliates, cross-brand programs, and GMV Max with affiliate content.
• Work closely with Client Success, Media Buyers, and Shop Ops
