Job summary

RISINGSUN TECHNOLOGIES in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Aero ITR Cost Lead to develop, evaluate, and optimize project costs for aero gas turbine power generation projects during proposal and execution phases. You will partner with Tendering, Finance, and Project Management to ensure accurate cost forecasting and margin improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or another relevant technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or cost/control functions.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and optimization of project costs for Aero plant proposals during the ITO phase.
Develop project cost summaries and present cost information to leadership.
Support OTR projects with accurate EAC calculations using actual costs and cost-to-go forecasts.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Finance to maintain budgets and prepare for reviews.
Drive project controls through frequent EAC updates and cost analyses.
Identify cost opportunities and risks across project teams.
Lead Lean-based continuous improvement initiatives in project costing.
