Job summary

ComeBack Care is seeking an Advanced Therapist (LCSWC or LCPC) to deliver clinical services in Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs. This hybrid role combines in-person care at our Glen Burnie location with Telehealth, supporting access and clinician work-life balance.

The ideal candidate has strong therapy skills for moderate to severe mental health conditions, experience with higher-acuity populations, and can implement structured, evidence-based interventions within a

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active Maryland LCSWC or LCPC license in good standing.
• Experience providing therapy in IOP/PHP or higher-acuity outpatient settings.
• Comfort delivering services onsite and via Telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy in IOP/PHP.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and risk evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities for higher levels of care.
• Maintain compliant documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, care coordinators, and leadership.
• Coordinate care transitions and aftercare planning.
