Baystate Health is seeking an Advanced Provider to join our multi-specialty group as an APP Flex. This hybrid role offers one remote day and four on-site days across multiple sites with no after-hours or weekend requirements, supporting provider absences and patient workflows.

Ideal candidates are board-certified or board-eligible NP or PA with at least 3 years in primary care or specialty settings, committed to serving underserved communities, and comfortable with team-based care and varied

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible NP or PA with at least 3 years in primary care or specialty settings.
• Strong commitment to underserved communities and comfort with medically complex patients.
• Ability to function well as part of a medical team.

Responsibilities

• Covering sites for planned and unplanned provider absences.
• Managing patient gateway messages, telephone calls, urgent refills and critical results.
• Indirect work within provider in basket folders as time allows.
