The University of Colorado Anschutz College of Nursing is seeking a temporary Admissions & Student Affairs Recruitment role to support recruitment, scholarships, and program information delivery for undergraduate and graduate paths. Hybrid work arrangement allows three days on campus with occasional in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience required.
• Two years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or related field.
• Substitution: education and related experience may substitute for degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate prospective student visits and campus tours.
• Enter and maintain prospective student data in enrollment systems (Salesforce, Greenvelope).
• Serve as initial contact for prospective students and families, providing excellent customer service.
• Update website with accurate admissions information.
• Distribute evaluations, collect data, and report findings to ASA team.
• Coordinate recruitment events and webinars and assist with logistics.
• Inventory ASA materials and request replenishments.
• Assist with recruitment, enrollment, and student engagement activities.
