Campus in Atlanta is seeking an Admissions Counselor to engage with prospective students daily by phone, text, and email. You will build trust, assess fit, and guide applicants through the admissions journey, helping them understand expectations and next steps.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and persistence in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. On-site in Atlanta with Tuesday–Thursday in-office, it offers base salary with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident phone communication and strong written follow-up.
• Comfort with metrics and performance targets.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Google Sheets, or other CRMs (or eagerness to learn).
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-up.
• This role requires in-office attendance three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) as an essential function to support student engagement, coaching, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and rapport with prospective students through high-energy, student-centered conversations.
• Identify and troubleshoot common student challenges, including process confusion and readiness for college.
• Conduct admissions interviews to uncover goals, motivations, and barriers.
• Guide and follow up with students through the application and enrollment process with clear expectations.
• Manage a personal pipeline with 80+ calls daily, interviews, and consistent follow-ups via phone, text, and email.
