Campus, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Admissions Counselor to connect with prospective students by phone, text, and email, guiding them through the admissions process and ensuring a clear path to enrollment.

You will conduct admissions interviews, identify goals and barriers, and follow up with persistence. This is an onsite role in Atlanta with Tue-Thu in-office work and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM ET hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Clear, confident phone communication and strong written follow-up.
• Comfort with metrics and performance targets.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Sheets, or other CRMs.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-up.
• In-office attendance three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) to support engagement and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students daily by phone, text, and email to build trust.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process and clarify Campus expectations.
• Conduct admissions interviews to uncover goals and potential barriers.
• Follow up consistently and manage a personal pipeline with 80+ calls daily.
• Maintain documentation and ensure smooth handoffs with Admissions, Financial Aid, and Onboarding.
