Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of administrative experience with an electro-mechanical background or aptitude.
• U.S. citizen due to ITAR work.
• Experience with ERP or financial software.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Experience interacting with customers in a professional service or sales-support capacity.
• Ability to comply with ISO, ITAR, DOC, and DOS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes, process sales orders, handle POs, and manage accounts payable collections.
• Oversee domestic shipping/receiving, packing, lifting, and handling boxes.
• Manage the RMA process and maintain the returns log.
• Lead warehouse inventory counts and year-end audits.
• Coordinate activities between manufacturing, service, sales, and shipping.
• Provide backup support for the Lab Technician (~10 hours/month).
