Strayer University, part of Strategic Education, Inc., seeks an Adjunct Faculty member to teach undergraduate Business Administration in Dallas in a hybrid format, commencing January 4, 2026. The role blends on-campus and online instruction with a set schedule of in-person sessions.

The candidate will coach students, maintain office hours, and contribute to curriculum delivery while meeting university policies and participation requirements.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience at college level and online teaching preferred.
• 5 years of professional experience in HR required OR 3 years HR management experience (preferred).
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate Business Administration course from pre-designed curriculum.
• Teach in hybrid format: 11 in-person sessions per week (2 hours each) at the Dallas campus and online asynchronously.
• Be on-campus at least half an hour prior to in-person sessions.
• Engage online students through the learning platform and provide timely feedback.
• Adhere to university policies and participate in faculty meetings and trainings.
