Strayer University is seeking a dynamic Adjunct Faculty member to teach undergraduate/graduate Marketing courses in a hybrid format for the Winter quarter, starting January 4, 2027. The role combines on-campus and asynchronous online instruction with required office hours and accessible student support.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality instruction, leveraging technology, and maintaining engagement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in Marketing or related field.
• Doctorate in Marketing or Doctorate with 27 quarter credit hours in Marketing or related 18 semester credit hours.
• OR Doctorate in a business-related discipline with Master’s in Marketing or related field.

Responsabilités

• Teach courses from a pre-designed curriculum with professional expertise.
• Enhance curriculum using technology and videos.
• Arrive on-campus at least 30 minutes before in-person sessions.
• Use the online platform to enrich the online component.
• Be available to students via email, phone, and office hours.
• Establish high standards and explain evaluation methods to students.
• Adhere to University policies and attend required meetings.
