Job summary

Strategic Education, Inc. (Strayer University Adjunct Faculty) seeks an enthusiastic adjunct for undergraduate Business Administration in Dallas, with hybrid on-campus and online teaching starting January 4, 2026.

You will deliver courses from a predefined curriculum, use tech tools, and maintain regular student contact and feedback. The role requires in-person sessions weekly, plus online instruction, and active student mentoring.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR or related field; if using alternate master’s degree, 27 graduate quarter hours/18 semester hours in HR required.
• 5 years of HR experience or 3+ years in HR management (preferred).
• College-level teaching experience and online teaching preferred.
• Ability to travel weekly to required locations.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate Business Administration courses in a hybrid format.
• Maintain on-campus office hours and be available to students via email/phone.
• Deliver lessons using a pre-designed curriculum and technology tools.
• Engage students with asynchronous online components and timely feedback.
• Attend faculty meetings and trainings as required.
